Type in your email address and tap “Next”
Go to your inbox and find the 4-digit verification code
Enter the code and tap “Verify”
📌 Make sure you're using a valid email that you can access.
Didn’t get the code? Check spam/promotions, or double-check your email
👯♀️ Step 3: Set Up Your Profile
✨ Step 3.1: Add Your Info
Type your full name
Add your birthday

Tap “Update profile”
Now your account has your name all over it — literally.
💫 Step 3.2: Set Your Goal
You’ll see the screen that says “What’s your goal right now?”
Tap the option that fits you best (you can only choose one for now)
Don’t overthink it — you can always change it later in your profile
Tap “Done! Let’s go”
🔔 Step 3.3: Turn on Notifications
When the app asks if you want notifications, you’ll see two options: “Allow” or “Skip”
Tap “Allow” to turn on helpful reminders like check-ins, streaks, rewards, and little nudges to keep moving (gently, never spammy)
Don’t want them right now? Tap “Skip” — you can always turn them on later
To update later, just head to your profile in the SweatScore app and toggle the ‘Health Data Sync’ option on or off whenever you’re ready.
Your app, your vibe — we’re here either way 💅
🔗 Step 4: Allow Access to Your Health Data
To continue with your setup, you’ll see a screen titled “Allow access to your health data.” Here’s exactly what to do:
You’ll have two options on this screen:
Tap “Allow” to sync with Apple Health or Health Connect — this lets SweatScore track your steps and calories burned automatically.
Or tap, “I will enter manually” if your tracking device isn’t connected to either Apple Health or Health Connect and you’d rather log your movement yourself for now.
If you tap “Allow”, you’ll be guided to turn on the right permissions:
🍎 Apple users: Enable Steps and Active Energy
🤖 Android users: Enable Steps and Calories Burned
You can always change this later in your phone’s settings.
