❌ Incorrect Activity Data
Last updated 7 months ago
If your steps or workout data isn’t showing in SweatScore, don’t panic. Here’s why it might be happening and how to fix it quickly so you can start earning your points.
🔍 1. Check your app permissions
SweatScore pulls data from your Health app (Apple Health or Health Connect). If permissions aren’t granted properly, your data can’t show up.
✅ Apple Health:
Open the Health app
Tap your profile picture (top right)
Tap Apps & Services
Tap SweatScore
Make sure permissions are turned ON.
✅ Health Connect (Android):
Open Health Connect
Under Permissions and data, tap App permissions
Make sure SweatScore is toggled ON for activity data.
Also check your fitness tracker app (e.g. Samsung Health, Fitbit) has permission to share data with Health Connect.

🔄 2. Refresh your dashboard
Sometimes it just needs a quick refresh.
Open SweatScore
Go to your Dashboard
Pull down on the screen to refresh data
Or shut down the app and restart it
🔋 3. Check your tracker app data
If your tracker app (e.g. Samsung Health, Fitbit, Apple Watch) isn’t recording any steps or workouts for today, SweatScore won’t show anything either. Open your tracker app and confirm your data is being tracked there first.

⚠️ 4. Make sure your Health app is up to date
Outdated apps can cause sync issues. Go to the App Store or Play Store and update your Health app, Health Connect, and SweatScore to the latest version.

💛 Bottom line?
Your data matters. A quick check of permissions and refresh usually does the trick – and gets your hard-earned points showing up where they belong.
