📊 Understanding Your Dashboard

Last updated 7 months ago

Let’s break down what you’re seeing every time you open your SweatScore app. Your dashboard isn’t just numbers, it’s a daily snapshot of how consistent you’re being and how close you are to those rewards.

1. Points

Your points are the magic number. SweatScore gives you points for:

Daily check-ins – because showing up counts.
Steps – intentional movement adds up.
Sweat – reflecting your effort.

💛 How it works:
Points are earned for the month and refresh at the start of each new month. This keeps everyone on a level playing field and gives you a fresh chance to climb the leaderboard and unlock rewards every month.

2. Daily Check-In

This shows if you’ve checked in today. Checking in daily keeps your streak going, earns you extra points, and reminds you that consistency isn’t just about workouts, it’s about showing up.

👣 3. Steps

This shows how many steps you’ve taken today. Every step counts, whether it’s walking to the shops, running errands, or smashing out a full workout.

🔥 4. Sweat

This is your active minutes spent in heart rate Zone 2 or above. It shows how much time you’ve spent moving your body at a level that actually benefits your fitness and health. Heart rate is pulled directly from your Health app (Apple Health or Health Connect), using the heart rate data recorded by your fitness tracker or smartwatch.

🏆 5. Current Leaderboard Position

This shows where you stand on the SweatScore leaderboard today. It’s not about competing with others (unless you want to 😉), it’s about a little healthy motivation to keep you moving.

💛 What do points do?

  • They show your consistency over time.

  • They push you to move a little more each day.

  • They unlock rewards and milestone treats because your effort deserves celebration.

🔄 How often does it update?

Your dashboard updates automatically as your connected Health app syncs. If you don’t see new data right away, pull down on the screen to refresh it.

💡 Tip: Check your dashboard every morning to see where you stand and every evening to see what you achieved. It’s a simple habit that keeps your goals front of mind.

Your dashboard is your daily proof that small actions add up. Keep checking in, keep moving, and watch those points stack up into real-life glow-up results.
