⭐ How Sweat Points are calculated

Last updated 7 months ago

Let’s talk about points, what they actually mean, how to earn them, and why they’re worth caring about (hint: it’s not just numbers on a screen).

How do you earn points?

SweatScore gives you points for:

Daily check-ins
Simply opening the app and checking in earns you points. Because showing up counts, even on the days you’re not feeling it.

Steps
Every step you take adds to your monthly points total. Intentional movement – walks, dance, workout steps – it all counts.

Sweat
This is your active minutes in heart rate Zone 2 or above. The more active minutes you build in Zone 2+, the more points you earn.

🔄 When do points refresh?

Your points refresh at the start of every month, giving you a clean slate to set new goals, climb the leaderboard again, and keep the motivation flowing.

💛 Why do points matter?

Because they’re more than numbers. Points:

✔️ Show your consistency – proof of your daily effort
✔️ Motivate you to move a little more each day
✔️ Unlock rewards and milestone treats to celebrate your glow-up journey
✔️ Boost your leaderboard position if healthy competition lights your fire

💡 Tip: Aim for daily check-ins and small movement boosts each day. You don’t need to go beast mode to see your points stack up, you just need to keep showing up.

Points turn your movement into motivation you can see. They remind you that every small choice adds up, day after day, to the results you’re working towards.
