🔔 Notifications Not Working

If you’re not getting SweatScore notifications, let’s fix it together. Whether it’s daily check-in reminders or challenge updates, we want to keep you in the loop and motivated.

🔍 1. Check your phone’s notification settings

For iPhone:

  1. Open your phone’s Settings.

  2. Scroll down and tap SweatScore.

  3. Tap Notifications.

  4. Make sure Allow Notifications is turned ON.

  5. Check that your notification style is set (Lock Screen, Notification Centre, Banners).

For Android:

  1. Open your phone’s Settings.

  2. Tap Apps.

  3. Tap SweatScore.

  4. Tap Notifications.

  5. Make sure notifications are turned ON.

🔄 2. Check in-app notification settings

  1. Open SweatScore.

  2. Go to your Profile.

  3. Edit Profile

  4. Permissions > Enable Push Notifications

🔋 3. Check Do Not Disturb / Focus Mode

If your phone is on Do Not Disturb or Focus Mode, notifications may be silenced. Check your Control Centre (iPhone) or Quick Settings (Android) to ensure these modes are turned off during the times you want notifications.

🔄 4. Restart your phone

Sometimes, a simple restart can reset notification delivery.

⚠️ 5. Update your app

Make sure you’re using the latest version of SweatScore in the App Store or Play Store. Updates often fix background notification issues.
