Donโt have a smartwatch or fitness tracker? That doesnโt mean you canโt use SweatScore. Hereโs how it works for you.
๐ How SweatScore works without a tracker
Steps
If you carry your phone with you throughout the day, your steps are still tracked through your phoneโs motion sensors. Just make sure:
Apple users: Your phoneโs motion & fitness tracking is turned ON in Settings > Privacy > Motion & Fitness.
Android users: Google Fit or Samsung Health is installed and step tracking is turned ON.
Sweat (active minutes)
Without a heart rate tracker, SweatScore canโt calculate your active minutes in Zone 2+ accurately, because it needs heart rate data to award Sweat Points for workouts.
But donโt stress:
